Well, I would first of all like to say, I DID IT! I actually managed to get this sweet button in my sidebar via HTML. It is a spring day miracle. I promise, only guidance through the Holy Spirit has enabled me to accomplish such a feat.

Secondly, 5 Minutes for Mom has a wonderful Mother's Day Contest going on. And, since I am a mom (confirmed by the fact I have a 2 yr old who just walked in yielding a brown Sharpie and has already adorned herself with said brown for accessorizing purposes I assume), I plan on entering!!
