Swinging Sisters

Swining Sisters

At the block party following the parade the girls found a fun swing in a neighbor's yard. We HAVE to get one of these! The party included lots of food, face painting, a bouce house slide and train. All of which you can see (sort of) in my Flickr photos!

(Of course Reia was a bit grumpy and refused to get in the train or have her face painted.)

Where do you get swings like this? I've never seen one. The pictures are adorable - what sweet memories! Glad you met some new mama friends, too. I'm going to look at your Flickr stuff now...Happy Memorial Day!

By the way, Reese is happy in this pic. She was screaming with delight, but it looks like she's crying.

How cute it that??!!! I will have to find one of these swings for Kaylee and my grandson to swing together! Ebay, here I come! It looks like a fisher price item! They look like they are having a blast. The pictures in the post below are too cute as well. I'm glad you all had a good time. Kaylee says,"Mom can you find me one of those on ebay too?" Ok, maybe not! haha Have a great day today!

Robin (in regards to your comment on my site...)
There are tons of fish in the little lake. Anyway, you can feed them bread and stuff. When you do this (the pic on my site) is what it looks like...fight to the death for bread!

One of the BEST things ever about raising my kids in a small town was the parades. We had a parade for everything, including homecoming at the hs for pete's sake. And you knew everyone in the parade because, well, um, you knew everyone in the whole town (population 800). This is what memories are made of, made of. Your kids will never forget these moments. Cute, cute swing. Why didn't they make these things back when I was raising kids, you know, when the dinosaurs roamed.
